It’s been a sad period what with Shorty Bronkhorst leaving us recently for the big lineup in the sky. Another soldier marching on was Jackson Pennington of the Supertubes Foundation, who also passed away recently. Hamba Kahle Jacko, we’re all going to miss you brother.  Another local legend Christine Petrucci (shown on left surfing at Point) passed away suddenly, and our deepest condolences go out to Jeff, Miasha and the rest of the family. The Point seems empty now without Bippo walking her dogs and checking the surf. Bruce Gold has written a few words and we’ve just finished scanning in some old pics...
